Soulibration, a weekly live virtual wellness and lifestyle show on BlackDoctor.com, is booking breast health experts and a breast cancer survivor for October 14 at 7:30 p.m. ET. The show streams on BlackDoctor.com’s Facebook and YouTube, with interviews conducted virtually through StreamYard. U.S.-based guests only. Priority given to Black experts and those with direct experience serving Black communities. **Topic: Early Detection: We hear “early detection” constantly, but what does it actually look like? This conversation will walk viewers through getting checked, address fears about mammograms, and explain what happens when something is found. **Experts needed:** A mammography technologist, breast radiologist, or breast specialist who can explain how mammograms work, including positioning, compression, discomfort, and what to expect during an appointment. Also seeking a qualified clinician who can demonstrate checking for breast changes using a model or visual aid, explain what to report, and discuss how this fits alongside screening. We also want to address callbacks, biopsies, and unfamiliar diagnoses such as DCIS and microinvasive breast carcinoma in plain language. Please specify which areas your expert can address and whether they can provide a visual demonstration. **Also seeking:** A breast cancer survivor whose cancer was discovered through screening or an abnormal mammogram, preferably someone with DCIS, microinvasive breast cancer, or another early-stage diagnosis, who can discuss the experience from screening through diagnosis and next steps. Please submit the guest’s name, credentials, short bio, relevant experience, and availability for the October 14 live show. Send a complete pitch specific to this topic rather than a general client list. Respond through this query only. Please do not contact me through social media or other email addresses. Only selected guests will receive a response, but all pitches are retained for future consideration.
