My current responsibilities include being The Mirror’s lead on AI, where I’ve enjoyed a pivotal role in developing the Guten software rolled out across all editorial departments at Reach PLC. Before digital publishing, I worked as a journalist and editor developing print news, features and showbiz stories, interviews and exclusives for various newspapers and magazines (including The Sun, The Sunday Times, Music Week and more). I also worked for five years as a talent consultant on multiple series of several prime time TV shows (including The X Factor, BGT and The Voice) and an A&R man for five years at Universal Music (where my signings included Sigur Ros, Queens Of The Stone Age and The Killers). Artists and songwriters I discovered and struck deals with have sold more than 40 million albums and counting worldwide.
