Claim your profileAfter getting my Bachelor's in Broadcast Journalism and Psychology at New York University, I fell in love with engaging with audiences in a digital space. Sign up for NPR's Daily newsletter and I'll catch you up every weekday on must-read headlines and the day's biggest news. I started my career studying video, and I'm just as comfortable writing as I am in front of or behind the camera. In 2023, I received my master's degree in Communications, Culture and Technology from Georgetown University. While I was pursuing my degree, I was also working full time at NPR. In 2019, I embarked on a project to document all of my family's everyday Vietnamese recipes. I created Bun Bo Bae to showcase not the Vietnamese food you'd find at restaurants, but the food you'd see me eat day to day. Since then, I've expanded the brand on TikTok and Instagram and worked with brands like Misen, Victoria's Pasta sauces and Decoy Wines. I host cooking classes for my grad school program. I'm patient and I know that everyone can learn how to cook if given the chance. In my journalistic and culinary work, I'm dedicated to uplifting women and POC voices. I strive to find stories and brand partnerships that will engage with diverse audiences.
