As the Vice President Marketing/DEI at Focus Communications, an historical and award-winning BIPOC boutique PR/COMMS consultancy, I oversee the strategic direction, execution, and growth of the agency's diverse and inclusive marketing and communications services for national, regional, and local clients across various industries. I am passionate about positioning small businesses for optimal success and empowering people to achieve their full potential. I am the founder and volunteer managing director of City Men Cook, a culinary celebration of men, women, and community that has raised funds and awareness for charities in the North Dallas community for over 23 years. I am also a certified diversity, equity, and inclusion practitioner who leverages my skills and knowledge to foster a culture of belonging, respect, and innovation at Focus Communications and beyond.
