Claim your profileI've spent the past two and a half decades as a staff correspondent for The New York Times in California, Europe and Southeast Asia. I'm currently a Page One Correspondent for the NYT, which means I write and rewrite stories for the front page. In August 2024 Penguin Random House is publishing The Boys of Riverside, a story about the football team at the California School for the Deaf in Southern California. Reporting and writing the book was one of the highlights of my career. Most recently I was the San Francisco Bureau Chief for the Times. I always love a good yarn. Please message me with any tips. tfuller@nytimes.com
