I'm booking guests for The Purpose-Driven Entrepreneur, an interview podcast and publication hosted by Timothy "Timmy" Bauer featuring founders and CEOs building businesses with greater purpose at the core. The central question behind the show is simple: As a business owner, why are you building what you're building? There are a few different ways I'll ask that question, but that is the core question. I'm looking for founders, CEOs, and entrepreneurs with a compelling story behind what they've built. I'm looking for ones who can speak candidly about the decisions, failures, pivots, convictions, and experiences that shaped both their company and the kind of leader they are. Authors of popular business books are also welcome, even if they are not a founder of a company. Potential conversation areas include: * Building a purpose-driven company * A major business pivot, failure, or unexpected turning point * Leadership and company culture * Growing a business without losing sight of why it exists * Social impact * Entrepreneurship and personal identity * A decision that significantly changed the trajectory of your company * What success means after you've already achieved some of it * Advice for founders who have not yet made their first million * The legacy you hope your work leaves behind Who I'm looking for: Founders, co-founders, CEOs, and business owners with a substantive story of building their company and firsthand experience to share; or authors of popular business books. You do not need to run a household-name company, but there should be a clear reason your story would be interesting or useful to other entrepreneurs. To be considered, please include: 1. Your name, title, and company 2. A short description of what you've built 3. The specific story or conversation angle you would bring to the show (you can use the bullet points as a jump off). 4. One or two notable business milestones, results, challenges, or turning points that provide context 5. Your website and/or LinkedIn 6. Links to previous interviews, if available PR representatives are welcome to submit on behalf of a founder or CEO. Selected guests will be invited to a recorded remote interview for The Purpose-Driven Entrepreneur.
