A popular speaker, blogger, and podcaster, Trevor Eddolls heads up the iTech-Ed Group, which comprises the mainframe and IT consultancy, iTech-Ed Ltd, the personal goal-focused arm, iTech-Ed Hypnotherapy, and the training arm, SFHPlus. Trevor has an extensive 40-year background in mainframes and IT, and has been recognized as an IBM Champion from 2009 to 2024 for his leadership and contributions to the Information Management community. Trevor founded and chaired the Virtual IMS, Virtual CICS , and Virtual Db2 user groups. He was editorial director for the Arcati Mainframe Yearbook, and for many years edited Xephon’s Update publications. He's written numerous technical articles and published three mainframe-related books. He's an accomplished Web designer and a recognized social media expert. Trevor Eddolls is clinical director at iTech-Ed Hypnotherapy and director of training for SFH+. Trevor is a hypnotherapy master practitioner, a solution-focused supervisor, and an NLP master practitioner. He has a qualification in CBT and a diploma in Mindfulness. He is a qualified Life Coach and Counsellor, and has a diploma in positive psychology, and another in nutrition. In addition, he has a diploma in paediatric hypnotherapy and diploma in play therapy. He has written twelve books on hypnotherapy and numerous articles. He has also written a number of blogs and given presentations on hypnotherapy and NLP. Trevor has successfully worked with clients for things like stress and anxiety, depression, phobias, becoming non-smokers, weight management, and performance - including Olympic-standard athletes.
