Victor Angelier is a senior IT architect and entrepreneur working at the intersection of AI governance, verification, and privacy. He is the founder of The Coding Company B.V. and the creator of iamvera.ai, a multi-model AI verification platform built for professionals with confidentiality obligations, such as lawyers, notaries, and physicians. His background includes IT architecture for the Dutch Ministry of Justice and Security, and he co-founded VibeOps Academy, a DevSecOps training academy addressing the security gap in AI-generated code. Victor writes and publishes on AI regulation, algorithmic accountability, and public-sector technology, including opinion work on error margins in government algorithms (iBestuur). He is currently completing an MSc in Computing, with dissertation research on machine learning models for wildfire risk prediction.
